West in Isafdar Northern lake. You'll need to dig at the location shown in the map below while having the clue scroll and navigation tools in your inventory. Be ready to fight a powerful lvl 108 wizard, you'll need to use the protect from magic prayer, the wizard will still use a dragon dagger to attack and will most likely poison you. The road to this location is quite dagerous and full of traps, so be sure to bring enough food and anti poison. Required items: clue scroll, watch, sextant, chart, spade, anti poison(4), melee armour, weapon, teleport runes and food Required quests: Regicide. Possible way of transport: Walk from Ardougne and go through the big gate which is north of Arandar or use the teleport crystal to Lletya from the Mourning's end part 1 quest. You can also use the charter ships to Port Tyras, there are several spots where you can charter from such as Brimhaven, Port Sarim, Port Khazard, Port Phasmatys, Karamja, Catherby and the Shipyard.
